• BLOCK
How to block the spike? All you have to do, is to jump high to make your hands over the net. Follow the ball wherever it go or wherever it set. Block is used to cover the receiver and stop the fastest motion of the ball, to make it easy to receive.
• SETTING
Setting is very easy, first is catch and throw. All you have to do is to throw the ball with no lifting and double. You need to know first who are you going to set.
